Review summary

The service on this cruise was awful taking 30 min to an hour to get what you ordered from the bar. The food on the buffet was awful. But it was good in the resturant. Will never take a cruise on the dream again.

Just got off the boat on May 1st and I thought the staff was amazing. The food was great and the bar wait staff was amazing. Just got to find the great ones. The only negative in my eyes was the elevators.

We had lobster on first elegant night. Not on second elegant night. Prime rib was available. Also had surf and turf in steakhouse.

The only cruises that don't are the short ones 5 or 6 days or less, can't remember which it is.

Just got off of the Dream yesterday and loved the service! Once we started tipping the bar tender a few dollars, he was there every move we made.

dparks45, why don't you rate the entire cruise experience instead of letting one thing ruin your entire cruise. Cabin service?? Overall staff?? Speciality restaurants?? Ports of call??? Cruise Director??? Entertainment?? Not a fair rating!!! Love the Dream !!

Honestly first bad review i have seen for the dream. That sucks you had bad luck. We were on the dream last july. Absolutely love it and no bad service at all. Happy next cruise....

Got off this ship this morning and it was a great cruise! I had prompt (less then 1-2 mins) service at the bar. I found leaving an actual dollar bill tip, as opposed to signing for a $1 tip charge, I puts you in good favor with the bar. Tenders.
