Review summary
For the past 40+ years, I have been a regular cruise rider and I have never had a terrible experience. My wife and I are always positive and never let the little mishaps to ruin our trip. However, this cruise was one of the worst experiences that we have ever had in our entire lives (I am 61 years old and my wife is 58). The room was very hot and moisty and the crew refused to change our rooms and even worst, they never fixed our air condition! We begged for someone to help us, but we were ignored over and over again. We tries speaking with the management but they were of no help. I can write about our terrible experience until the cows come home, but the bottom line is, avoid this cruise line. We will never ever go back. Extremely disappointed.

I figured out something several years ago. I have been sailing since 2002. I can afford to stay in any outside or balcony room without killing myself financially, but I learned that on most cruise ships the air conditioning as a whole works 10 times better in an interior room. SOUNDS CRAZY I know and I am ready to take it on the chin from everyone, but here is my reasoning. The steel on the outer wall of any ship heats up, especially sitting in port during the hot season in the Caribbean. The ductwork comes either up or down to your cabin depending on what deck you are on from the bowls of the middle of the ship. Guys like me in an Inferior... Uh I mean interior room, we get first grabs at the cool air, then it crosses the hallway and goes to the rooms with a view or a balcony. I am not claustrophobic, but on cruise a cruise ship, I AM COOL. Please keep this to ourselves here because I don't want the cruise ship companies to get wind of this notion, or the bean pushers will start charging me the same amount as you warm people with a good view. JUST KIDDING ! ! !.... What do you think?
