Had a great time

Sail Date: June 01, 2013

Room Type: Balcony

Friendly crew, clean ship, nice amenities, great ports. Dining rom staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would have liked a little more flexibility for early dinner between 4 and 6 pm. Large ship compared to earlier cruises, but did not feel all that crowded. Enjoyed the comedy club. Main shows were entertaining. First dance show with acrobats was amazing.

Ship Quality
very clean. very well kept. Ni hint of the issue they had a few months ago, this was really a nice ship.
Food and Dining
Wanted to find food a few times between 4 and 6 pm, but only the grill was really open. WOuld be nice to have a late afternoon food option other than hot dogs, pizza and burgers.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Really nice staff. We did not encounter a bad attitude on the entire voyage.
Entertainment
Children's Programs
Would have been helpful to have some way to introduce our 10 year old to a friend right at the beginning with whom she could go to the kid's program with. Sometimes a challenge to get her to go. She had a great time when she did go though. One day she didn't want to leave. Nice.
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Had great time in St Thomas snorkelling. Swimming with the turtles was nice. Not as scenic as expected. Really top notch experience though.
Port Canaveral, Florida
home port so really did not do anything here.
Nassau, Bahamas
Been here before. SHort lay over really made shore excursions a poor value. All we did was shop a little.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Nice shre excursion. Town was an easy walk.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Beautiful bay. Beach at the town was not crowded and really nice area. Easy walk from ship.
