Cloud 9 Spa on Carnival Dream

The couples package was well worth it according to my parents.

Spa is great but HATE the sales pitch. It destroys the good feeling from having been there.

The steam rooms in the locker rooms get really hot. Nice place.

The spa was relaxing. My massage therapist lost track of time and gave me 75 mins instead of 50. Yay for me! It was a deep tissue massage and felt very good afterwards. However, I did walk away with 2 bruises on one of my arms, but I will gladly take 2 more for another massage!

I enjoyed the spa access I had but I will say the pedicure isn’t something I’d recommend. They did a good job and I loved the ladies doing the nails. But it wasn’t anymore than I’ve gotten at a third of the price.

Chanile was great. I got a 75 minute massage from her and she was very gentle and thorough.

Wonderful time with all of the services we received. All were pleasant adn took great care of us.

wasn't impressed

I though I had read before the cruise that there was a day pass you could purchase for the Thermal pool for $40.00. We went to take a tour of the spa that was scheduled on the HUB. When I got there they had no idea about the one day pass and was trying to sell me a pass for the entire week. They had a handful of people there wanting a tour but they claimed that there was no tour scheduled even when we showed them it scheduled on the HUB .... Never went back to the spa after that.

The staff was very rude. The only time they were friendly towards you is if they were getting money from you!
