Clean and well organized. There was almost always musical entertainment or an activity there. This is my favorite gathering place on a cruise.

When having questions that need answering or an excursion concern, there are always employees willing to help. I had up to 6 once & walked away content. The big lounge couches also help get in that "I am on vacation" feel.
