Review SummaryThe ship, food and workers were great EXCEPT FOR Security and the Workers at the customer service desk. -Our room had been broken into and vandilized while we were away at dinner the last night of our cruise. All of our cash and wallets were taken. We port at Miami, but flew in from FLL. It was 4 of us and all $$$ was gone. We had absolutely no way to get the the airport the following morning. Security did a search within the room, but did nothing more to help us. The people at the desk told us and I quote "You basically threw your money on the floor for someone else to pick up, there is nothing we can do for you." They only offered us a phone call to someone to maybe send some $$$. But the problem with that is where do they send the $$ to and how are we suppose to get there to get it? Thank God for Angels being present, because another passenger offered to pay for the 4 of us to get back to the airport so we could get home. I have never been so upset in my life. They had absolutely no compassion for us or for how we were going to get home. The offer to the airport wasn't offered until we were forced off the boat by the staff the next morning after the boat had docked and everyone else had exit the boat. WE HAD NO WHERE TO GO OR AT LEAST NO WAY TO GET TO WHERE WE WERE GOING. They walked us off and shut the doors behind us. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CARNIVAL AGAIN!
