Review summary
The food has gone WAYYYYYYY down hill! Our cabin stewart was only available 5:30 to 9:30 PM We communicated with him thru notes in our room. We had no glasses in our room, we had to call room service for ice...Our tv clicker went missing on the 2nd day ( it must have got caught up in the sheets) and we had to beg for another one....which is the only way the TV works. FINALLY we found an room being remodled and took the TV clicker from that one. Talk about self service cruising! He was pleasant, however, we got minimal service. We had to call the desk for debarcation forms, etc.... Our cabin had NO HOT WATER! The night before the last day on board we got hot water. Then the day of the departure, cold water again. We called, they told us maintenance was 1-1:45 min wait, and they did verify it, but alas...nothing changed...... Our cabin had a queek that made us insane! We had them come up and see what they could do...they did noting. "Sorry Madame, every ship has its noises." At least they heard this creaking squeek. I didnt want them to think we were just complaining. And last but no least our cabin kept TV kept going out, the entire wall.......they fixed it but it was a long wait for a guy to throw a switch and reset. Food has gone way down hill, portion sizes are tiny with shrimp, fruit cup etc..., not small, tiny. Food quality really really changed! wait staff is excellent. Would I do this again, yes, you make your own fun! However, is it worth the price.......not unless you hit s bargin.Ship experiences
