Review summary
Ship was impressive. Very clean and organized. The embarkation and debarkation were flawless and quick. All of the ship's employees were courteous and nice. Sometimes it was a bit hard to understand them, as only 12 of them out of 1400 were from the states! They all had a story to tell and were interesting, though. Service was incredible and the rooms were constantly being cleaned. On port days, sometimes our room was cleaned 3-4 times. Bad parts-- Too many people. I understand that they want to fill the ship to get their money's worth...but it was a bit ridiculous. This was extremely apparent at lunch time. The buffet lines were long and there was no where to walk on the main Lido deck. To avoid this, just eat at the dining (served) rooms. I don't know if we were just being picky, but the food SUCKED! Sometimes we would leave our entire plate full of food because it was just not good. The formal sit-down dinners were better, but nothing to write home about.Ship experiences
