Review summary

It was clean and pretty. I just feel it was poorly managed. There were lines at every turn that could have been reduced significdantly with little effort but there were no employees around to handle the situations. The shower was a nice size but our room was set up so that I had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. We had damp towels one day but outside of that the room service was good. There were lights and an outlet that didn't work in our room that were never repaired after informing them the first day. The hours of the buffet were pretty restricted so we missed the lunch bufet every day . There were fewer activities than we were used to on our past cruises. Most of t he activities they did plan were during our dinner time. . The second at sea day they had a full deck and a half taped off by the pool so getting a chair was a ridiculous effort. They explained to me that they were doing this because of the wind. We cruise twice a year and have never seen this before and trust me, we have layed out in much stronger winds, in fact, there was no significant wind to speak of. I'm all for safety but this was absurd. The dinner service and food in the Galaxy restaurant was wonderful! It was the best time I've had at dinner on a cruise. Unfortunately, it is not worth going back on this ship.

The shopping off the ship is horrible but the Rainforest hike to Emerald Pool was wonderful. It was beautiful and we recommend it highly.
