Review summary

We were not thrilled with the service aboard this cruise - our daughter didn't have a place to sleep the first night - no one would respond to our requests. The room had a mildew smell for some reason - also the air conditioner went out in the night and no one seemed to care. Would not recommend this Carnival ship. The islands were wonderful though and it was a great itinerary

Enjoyed Aruba although they had booked our excursion for a Snorkel trip instead of a beach trip and we had to argue at desk to get our $$ back for the difference in price
