A so so cruise

Sail Date: December 17, 2006

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

We were not thrilled with the service aboard this cruise - our daughter didn't have a place to sleep the first night - no one would respond to our requests. The room had a mildew smell for some reason - also the air conditioner went out in the night and no one seemed to care. Would not recommend this Carnival ship.

The islands were wonderful though and it was a great itinerary

Pros: great itinerary

Cons: Our stateroom mad mildew smell

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28? No.
