The food has gone down hill drastically in the last few years. The Main dining room is pretty much junk now. Buffet is hit and miss. Love Guys burgers.

Comedy show was good. Love and Marriage was good. Other than that pretty boring.

Room steward was awesome and that's where it stops. Most wait staff while friendly verrry slow,just standing around.

Nobody is on the same page. One guy says you need this next guy says no you don't. The ofc the ship staff is the most miserable people ive ever seen.

We were on the same cruise and I’ve yet to do a review. While I wouldn’t have scored it as low as you I will agree that this ship desperately needs dry dock! Oddly I thought food was better than a few weeks ago. And Mahogany Bay is lovely but the heavy rain does churn up the water a bit making it appear dirty.

I can just never understand how poor embarkation and disembarkation can even still occur. All cruise lines do this over and over again.

We were on the Conquest for the Journey cruise that ended on 02/11. We thought the food was quite good and that the ship, while showing her age, was clean and well maintained.
