Sorry you were not given the service you deserved. I have noticed a vast difference in the level of customer service from pre-pandemic cruises on my recent cruise with NCL as well. It's a symptom of these corporations not being able to afford proper staffing due to being "IN THE RED" still. Compounded by the unprecedented inflation costs for fuel and provisions, they simply aren't profitable yet and as a result, you encountered frustrated staff that are overworked, underpaid and relying too much on passengers' tipping to compensate their added efforts for doing the workload of two or more crew members by themselves. Unfortunately, the majority of passengers have also been adversely effected economically enough to where an increase in gratuities has become a burden as well...the crew can sense it.
