The trip overall ok. We are in group of 13 people but due to elderly mother swelling in foot, we haven't enjoyed fully.

We have issue for my mother (87 years old). We requested wheelchair but there in no manpower to operate wheelchair (Odd). Also staff was not helpful and they do partuality to some group. My mother got swelling in both foot and she didn't enjoyed and so we too since we are worried all time about her health.

Overall everything good except speciality restaurants. Since we are indian vegetarians, we daily need Nan or Parathas but there is no option for this, so we only take Rice with vegis in dinner. Buffets are good.

All service staff at cruise was excellent. Specialty restaurant staff at dinner was excellent and friendly. I can mention names Priyan, Sherwin, Either (she do checkin) name may spell wrong, Mohammand etc.

Overall good, there is some water leakage on second floor where our stateroom, smells little odd but they have fan so overall ok.

Embarkation Staff need to improve lot. Need to improve booking manage website.. Also need to provide detailed information should be given to customer in better way. Some information we knew on second or third day.

Worst Experience. Waiting for wheelchair for mother. After engry conversation, we got wheelchair and we are last one to board cruise.
