Review summary

I don’t recommend it. My last cruise with carnival was 15 years ago and I must say, it was nothing like my previous experience. I am very dissatisfied.

Embarkation

It was delayed. Had to wait almost an hour after embarkation timeframe to get on the boat. Suite was not ready until after 2 pm.

Food and Dining

Food served in the buffets were mostly cold! Lines were ridiculous LONG. Drink servers were super slow and not friendly. Dinning room service was extremely slow and overcrowded every time.

Onboard Activities

I was not able to use hot tubs or pools. Always packed. It was very frustrating that people just post up in the hot up and soak they feet for hours!!!!! Stay away from the spa, it’s a rip off.

First time I experience such a terrible service. Everywhere!!!! Staff was not happy to work. Had to chase them for service.

Chip is very outdated. It needs some major renovations and good deep cleaning!

It was the nicest thing in this ship because of the space and balcony. But I was not able to sleep well. It was very loud until 3 and 4 am. People smoking weed in their cabins and in the balconies.

Take cruises of 7 days or longer for a better onboard environment. Don’t compare cruising currently to those prior to Covid or you will be disappointed.

Ah yes, a “booze” cruise. Very notorious for mind altering behavior. Only way to sort of avoid that is a week or longer trip.
