Was great to be back on a ship, and Carnival pulled through and made sure it was great!!! This vacation seemed 100x better than pre-COVID. Great people, great times, and great food.
Embarkation

Went very smoothly. The used VeriFLY, but only after I asked them if they wanted to see it. Overall the process went great and we were onboard fast.

Buffet was “eh ok”. Food lacked “flavor”.
MDR was great service and very tasteful food choices!
The other restaurants were good as well.

Build-A-Bear was good like usual, but they don’t “build the bear” because of COVID.
Adult comedy show with Just June and Percy Crews 2 was awesome!!!
Pools were nice. Would like to see the waterworks added.
Still no Seuss things either.
Service and Staff

Parmana was the best server ever!!! You can find him on the Red Frog Lido Deck!!!
Our room steward was pretty “absent” compared to others from people we spoke to.
MDR was always great!!!
Ship Quality

Depending on the wind direction, there was a faint smell of “sewage” near the atrium elevators.
Otherwise the ship was in great shape… still needs the new paint job.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room was clean and nice as usual… the room staff was not visible as they usually are, saying hi in the hallway and whatnot.
This was a complete circus when we were exiting the ship. Employees worrying about other employees when they should have been focusing on their assigned task, then creating a huge backup.
Customs was non-existent for the most part.
