Above us was kitchen area noise all night complained almost every day and the art locker was down the hall at 530 am they were waking us up complained as well about that constantly

Always check deck plans before booking your cabin. Stay away from the galley, the casino, the night club and any other loud venue

Go t fault the ship. You picked your cabin. We’ve made that mistake before and now we only book cabins where the decks below and above us only have cabins. No more noise. And by the way, out of 10 cruises we’ve been on, the Conquest was one of our favorites. Never ate in buffet. The food in the MDR every night was absolutely delicious. Loved our cabin and the decor of the ship.

Thanks for sharing your experience. No matter what cruise line, it is wise to have cabins above and below AND across the hallway. We have made the same mistakes as you did. This can’t help if you have noisy neighbors, but it will be more likely to be quiet.
