Unfortunately food was subpar! Buffet food for breakfast and dinner was always cold! Main dining room had hot appetizers but entrees were cold most nights. I don’t remember one entree that was at a hot temp. Carnival needs to do better because this was not always the case! Food selections on buffet were not the greatest.

I will have to admit that after 68 trips on carnival , we love the. Buffet but many times the food is cold . I have complained, and asked the servers if they eat cold food Because we don't ! Now heat it up .

We were on the Conquest in March. Beautiful ship. Great ports. Loved every minute. Our good experience was just the opposite. We didn’t go to the buffet as we don’t care for buffets. We ate breakfast and dinner in the MDR everyday and night. Food for dinner was absolutely delicious. Always hot and delicious. There were 6 in our family and every night the Flatiron steak was ordered and a perfectly medium rare every night. We ordered at least 3 appetizers each adult and some nights 2 entrees. It was all delicious.
