Can’t wait to cruise again. This was our second cruise and it was windy and more movement than our first. We also had better excursions with our first one, but this one was still amazing! We are officially cruise obsessed! Can’t wait to go to the next one!

Richard and Sigit were amazing!! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed at the restaurant! At the buffet I wish they had turkey bacon and turkey sausage.

The view from the Jacuzzi on the serenity deck is amazing! I just wish they had more cabanas on the serenity deck.

Alexander Popvic at the casino was the best blackjack dealer! He is friendly and professional while at the same time does an awesome job teaching you how to play.

Satya was great! He would never knock or interrupt our stay but as soon as we leave and come back our room was done!! Thank you for such an easy experience!
Ship Quality

It could have been more clean. Floors had random dents (holes) it was a little scary.
Cabin / Stateroom

First time in an interior room, but it wasn’t bad at all. There was a random noise that would come from a ceiling and had woken my husband up a couple of times.
Ship tip
Study the ship and the different parts of it. You will waste less time being lost and will have more time to enjoy.
There isn’t much to do here and getting into the water is difficult and painful because of large rocks. We purchased a floater and it was much better getting in and out by holding yourself onto it. If you walk up the island there are some pretty cool spots all rock beach but still pretty.
Right where you get off the ship the water isn’t great. However, if you just walk 5-10 minutes away from that, you get that Turks and Caicos amazing water! We had an awful experience on our Snorkeling/Open bar excursion, but Max with excursions made it better. Thanks, Max!
The city is tiny and beautiful! Go across the bridge and have some lunch/coffee on the waterfront. It has an European feel to it and it’s really pretty and relaxing. The stay might have been a little long. We did a 7 hour excursion with an hour lunch break, walked in the city, went across the bridge and walked around there, ate dinner and had coffee there and we still had time left over. Less time in Curaçao (because it’s so small) and more time in Aruba would be better.
Aruba was amazing. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, it truly is a happy island! We did an excursion and then walked a little down to the shops. While walking up we saw the big “I love Aruba” sign. There is one in the shopping center that’s smaller and on wheels but if you walk 5-10 minutes away from that you get the big one. Wish we had more time in Aruba.
I agree that most people working at the guest services desk really don't have a clue ! Or what time of day it is . Sam who works there seems to be the only one with a head on his shoulders .
We were getting off the Conquest the day you were getting on. Our first time trying Carnival and we loved it. A few things we didn't like, but not enough to ruin the cruise. The muster was ridiculous as we had to wait over 45 minutes for people who didn't show up on time and we were supposed to have a table for 6 at dinner and it was for 12. We were able to change it. Also at guest services we were asking about where to go to see the Sunfliwrr are as I had seen pictures and it looked pretty. The girl said she's worked there a couple of years and didn't know of any place like that and she didn't bother to ask the other 2 people working there. Well we found it ourselves on the 5th deck. It was beautiful and cked the Sunflowet Solarium. How did she not know that.? She shouldn't be working in guest services. E erything else we enjoyed. For being snnoldet ship it is well kept and very pretty. The food in MDR was delicious as well as Guys Burgers, the Deli and pizza place. Did not care for buffet so even ate breakfast in dining room. Our cabin was next to my daughters do we were able to open the balcony and have one huge balcony. That was nice. All in all, we loved the cruise.
