Review summary

The ship wifi was not very good at all, spotty at best, purchased the premium package and do not think it was worth the cost. The Pixals photo packages are not what they used to be. We paid for the $99 package which gave you 5 photos and a canvous photo out of the 5 photos. We then purchased an addition package of 5 and did not receive 1 printed photo other than the canvous. The others they gave us a usb with the photos on it. We paid almost $300 and still have to print off the photos at an additional cost to us. This is not worth the money. We took a cruise last April and purchased the $300 package and received every photo taken for the entire cruise in print, not that was well worth the cost!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The smoothest and quickest we have done in our 3 cruises

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
We were disappointed in the options available in the dining room and on the buffet. The Dining room had the better options as an additional charge and the portions were very small.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The mini golf was fun, just had a difficult time playing due to the high winds moving the ball all over the green.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment was great!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
our cabin stewart Sorya was outstanding, never left anything out of place and the cabin was always clean. He would check in with us every time he saw us and ask if there was anything he could do to make our stay better! Mat , our cruise director was the best we have experienced in the 3 cruises that we have done. He was very interactive with everyone all the time and hilarious!!!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
the design of the ship was great, we just noticed the in the areas near the glass elevators overlooking the atrium were very dusty and had not been cleaned in some time.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Plenty of room and very comfortable for 3 people

Ship tip

Great ship with great staff!!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Everything was close by and clean, we did not do an excursion here

Basseterre, St. Kitts

5 out of 5
Beautiful island, the only draw back is the local people when you come off the port are very aggressive in attempting to get you to do their tours or things there at the port area. We did the the Train and scenic tour around the island. We enjoyed this very much and learned a lot about the history of the island.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

4 out of 5
This was a nice port of call, the only issue is there is a lot of walking, the majority of the stores to shop at are several blocks away from the port.

Grand Turk Island

4 out of 5
This was a very beautiful island, just not much to do there other than the beach or water sports, which we were not into. We did rent a golf cart from Omar tours just outside the gate of the port, and we had a great time driving around the island.

Disembarkation

The ship staff were great, kept everything moving and very organized. The only issue we had was going through customs, they only had 3 agents checking people out. As we approached the booth one of the agents decided he was going to take a break with the room full of people and did not return which slowed everything way down.
