Carnival Conquest is one of our favorites we have been on her 5 times. I highly recommend Sea Day Brunch which they have everyday at sea. Port days they are also open for breakfast. I'm pretty sure all lunches are only served on the Lido deck

We will be going in March. Our first time trying Carnival. Any tips for us that we should know? Is the main dining room opened for breakfast and or lunch on port days? Thanks., And so glad you had a good time.
