Review summary

My grandson bought a watch at one of the watch sales event. It broke in less than 24 hours. He took it back to the store and was told by Prince that since it was broken he could not put it back in stock, therefore he would not replace or refund his money. I went up with him and my boyfriend and both grandsons. I spoke to 3 associates before I was sent back to Prince. He was unprofessional, discourteous and down right mean. He was yelling at me in front of my family and other customers. He told me that he could not do anything because he could not resell the item and he would take a loss, therefore we were out of luck! I asked to speak to his manager and he told me there was none available. After continuing to humiliate me and my family he told me to come back at 8pm and he would run it by his manager. I must tell you that the watch was only $10 but it was special to my 13 year old grandson. When we went back he was still rude and told me that he was just going to refund the money but my grandson could not have another watch at the same price. He Will have to pick up another watch at a higher price. This was very disappointing to my grandson. I have been on many many cruises in the past and I am also taking another carnival cruise in December. I have never had an employee of carnival cruise line treat me The way this employee treated me. For an employee of carnival to treat a customer with such arrogance, disrespect, and unprofessional way was totally unacceptable It absolutely ruined my entire vacation because I was so distraught over the way the associate embarrassed my entire family.

That is unacceptable! Contact Carnival Corporate offices and make sure they TRULY understand the impact this had on your vacation.

Report to main office. Shouldn't be in customer service if he doesn't have skills to deal with people.

Email a letter to the corporate office of Carnival and make sure they know this guy's name. They should have taken the watch back immediately. I bought a ring on Celebrity and about a month after I had it, it started to tarnish. I just had to send them a picture and they gave me a full refund.
