Took cheers offer which included gratuity. Yet my bill included well over 10 gratuities which they would not remove. I went to the service desk 3 times and was assured they would be removed. Didn't happen. I called them and they referred me to the small print saying basically if it wasn't removed prior to billing they will not remove them. Very poor service. Bartenders had to be adding a gratuity to my signed receipt when I left it blank.

Ship tip

Check your bill often. Make them print out a new bill and make sure charges were removed. I missed the entire day at Nassau port due to this crap.

Cruise stated on the island from 8sm to 4pm. We were taken to island via their life boats. We didn't even get there until 9:30 and we had to be back to board at 3:15!

Due to their over billing my account, I waited in line to get it rectified forever and it still wasn't taken care of. I did not even get off the boat till 3 pm. Had to be back by 4:15 and the beach was 5 city blocks from beach. They did not even shuttle people. Needless to say, I just went back to the boat

So basically you spent a week on a ship being nothing but miserable. Yup. You are right. You wasted your money. You could have stayed home and been miserable for free.

I've been on 15 carnival cruises and by far this was the worst. I've never seen a group of people like this that had no manners or consideration for anyone except themselves. I felt sorry for the crew being treated with such disrespect. The majority of the guest acted like animals in a feeding trouth. The crew gave up trying to be friendly because of it. No enforcement of any ship rules due to fear of the large group quest. People should be ashamed of how they acted.

My family and I were on the Carnival Conquest to Jamaica in July. We had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We had such a great time that we are going on another cruise in December.

Taxes are charged on drinks in US waters then. Whatever the tax rate is per drink.

Since when does the cheers package include gratuities??? Last I looked I thought all drinks are added a 15% gratuity, even the cheers package. It's right there on Carnivals website. 🤔

The Conquest is an older boat and doesn't have the important cruising amenities like climbing rocks or bumping cars - but the examples given could happen on any cruise ship.

The conquest sucks! My cabin had no air conditioning. They gave me a fan! There was an issue with most cabins on my corridor. When I vacation I expect the amenities to on the same level or above my home!! Was refunded 1/3rd of our cost. So goodbye CCL!!

Who leaves blank signed receipts? Do you do this at restaurants where you're from? What planet is this op from? Safe to say they've lived in a cave with their head stuck in the ground. No common sense here.

Stay away from carnival or any cruise lines is ridiculous comment the first time this was noticed on your bill it would of been handled by customer service before I left the counter as they have a signed receipts of everything you have bought including drinks ....so why not ask to see the signed receipts of all the drinks you purchased as for staff adding to your bill is highly unlikely and I'm sure is probably illegal.... Also most pools are extremely small on ships but some ships have more but again it's up to you to do your research before you book if you want a bigger newer ship then you should of booked it...
