A good cruise overall. Guest customer service is really no customer services. Always line there. In beginning of cruise wait was about 15 minutes. Last 2 days the wait was 1.5 hr.

Shivdeep chima in Lido buffet who used to make omelette is the best. Very personal touch, courteous, considerate to wipe pan for vegetarians veggie omelette. Service with heartfull smile. Best employee on the ship.
