Review summary

From beginning it’s telling me Onboard ship credit and cabin upgrade which didn’t happen. I never heard a word about either very small room for four people food was mediocre at best lame shows lame performers very crowded bad service rude employees. Had things stolen on the boat.

You know before you book if you have OBC and its added to your account.. up grade on check in doesn’t happen don’t know were you got your information from ? Also if you put 4 persons in one cabin its common sense ...well Hello its going to be crowded ...you need to do your own research in future and don’t be tight ..and skimp on what you expect... If you want a better cabin then book and pay !!! If you want more room get your own cabin ...you get what you pay for so why whinge when you didn’t pay ...have had 22 cruises never had a problem book and pay for the cabin we want .. Done ... no issues sounds like the attitude is all your no wonder you got a rude attitude back ..

Who told you cabin upgrade and OBC? Wasn't the cabin and OBC on your reservation before you paid? Never heard of carnival telling someone that and then giving them a different cabin at check out. Did you book the cruise while boarding?

Of course rooms are small for 4 people. But I'll tell you, Carnivals rooms are largest in the industry by a few sq/ft...but still. Things stolen? Like what? There's a safe in the room for your valuables. If it was from the common areas of the ship, that's on you for leaving it out.
