Review summary

We had terrible customer service. The dining room food was mediocre and the service made us wait forever for what we ordered the level of attention and service that used to exist in the cruise industry is being overshadowed by the half effort of carnival

We just got off the ship today and had a wonderful experience! Tito and Joey in the Monet dining room were fabulous!

We were on the Conquest and had excellent service and awesome experiences as well. From Jovan, our room steward, to our wait staff, to our CD and well everyone we encountered. No complaints at all. Loved our trip on the Conquest

I am driving from the port just getting off of the Conquest and I couldn't agree more. We were so disappointed with the dining it is nothing we are used to. We took a trip in March on a smaller ship and we miss that staff.

Wow 21 cruises had have had nothing but excellent service and awesome experience of Carnival especially customer service ..they go out of there way ... maybe change to princess cruises they may have the service that you want ...
