was disappointed with the fact we went to Aruba on a national holiday and everything was closed. found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. excursions were well organized.

your staff is out of this world. they are nice, polite, helpful, always smiling. our room steward yoyok was absolutely amazing. anything we needed he was there for us very promptly every single time. we also had great bartenders Miguel is all smiles, fun, and witty. Katut was a great man also! remembers EVERYTHING :)

The prort was fine. we did utv tour and we felt very rushed with each stop as they only allowed us 10 minutes each. we booked our entire trip to be able to go to Aruba and then the itenerary got swithched around which would have been fine except EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED!!!!

That’s another thing that we need to research: when we are in port on a holiday and whether anything is open then. They want to spend the holidays with their families as much as we do
