Loved this size of boat, loved the general atmosphere on carnival. A nice mix of all ages. Everyone just seemed to be having a great time. Last cruise I went on was on RC Oasis....boat was too massive. People were stuffy, even the staff. I prefer carnival for sure. we had great weather, not humid, low 80s. Water temp sl chilly at first. A great itinerary. We did not do any shows. We're too tired after dinner, but everything was so great I'm planning our next one already. The staff was OUTSTANDING.

Melvin was very pleasant and accommodating. Our waiters as mentioned above were outstanding. But I have to say, ALL the staff was so friendly and professional. You would never know they do the same thing week after week.

Fairly clean, maybe a little tired. There was a bad garbage smell by the end of the week at the end of our hallway. The buffet on Lido was spotless.
Cabin / Stateroom

Perfect size, for2, comfy bed. I would not pick the 8th floor again, because you can hear all the goings on on the Lido deck, ie carts rolling, kids running,etc. We like our afternoon naps. Also the pantry was across the hall and it sounded like people were throwing silverware into a metal sink several times a day. Earplugs didn't cut it.....
Beach had trash, this was sad to see. The water was beautiful tho....we took a wonderful all day snorkeling trip with Exclusive Escapes. Snorkeled 2 reefs, the wall, dove for conch and had conch salad on private island after playing with the stingrays.
Nice pool area for the cruisers. Did the waterfall excursion. The people there were so gracious, really friendly. The falls were not for the faint of heart. A very physically challenging adventure...FYI. but definitely unique.
