A very enjoyable cruise, lots of things to do in an excellent environment sourrounded by friendly people.
On board attractions and meals are magnificent, Outboard excursions can be a bit expensive but they deliver what they promise.
Embarkation

Overall good but needs more supervision from management. The porter at the entrance ignore us even though there were no other customers. The access lanes were slow.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Lots of excellent choices for all meals. We use the buffet at all times because of the convenience, the excellent variety of meal choices and because our assigned time for dinner was 8PM which is extremely late for us. I tried to change it to any other time but we were told that was not possible.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
All activities were very well organized and fun. The excersice area/ fitness center was also very easy to get to and we were happy with the variety of equipment.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We enjoyed Allure, the string trio playing in the afternoons. The ladies were beautiful, professional and their performance was excellent. All other groups were good but the sound of the rock and roll performers was a bit too loud in the theater.
Enjoyed the comedians and the art galleries.
Children's Programs
We had no kids with us
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was very courteous, very professional and appeared they all wanted to please you. Can't get any bettter service than that
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
I was surprised at how well designed the ship was with a clear differentiation of public and private areas, commercial, and recreational. The central circulation system including elevators, stairsand exit sirescapes was very eficient and intuitive for everyone. The capacity of elevators was right to avoid overcrowding, all room finishes were very clean with nice neutral colors to accentuate all art. We were on the fifth floor passegeway during the release of balloons and about 100 people started jumping up and down with the sound of rock music. The passegeways gave way a little but it must have been within structural safety parameters.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Everything was very good with the exception that there are no enough power outlets of 110 volts, besides there were only one or two that had 220 volts. Overall, excellent design, loved the bathroom were everything was well prorportioned and efficient. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wished it could have been located a few floors higher.
Ship tip
Find out ahead of time your scheduled dinner time, for us meal times are critical.
If you need 110 volt power outlets close to the bed for CPAP machines ask ahead of time otherwise you are in for a big surprise. In this respect I was mislead twice because I asked while making the reservation for the cruise and again a coupe of days before the start of the cruise. Yes I was told and we assumed the outlets would be 110 volt, maybe this ship was planned to be used in europe because most countries in North and Southamerica use 110 volts.
I took the two reef tour and loved every minute of it. My wife took the city tour and her sheduled time was cancelled, so she took a different city tour and in spite of her original dissapointment/ disgust, she was happy.
