Cruise had many good points, but As I explained to Carnival I have been on many cruises and am a preferred client if theirs , but am very
disappointed in their decision not to even offer an onboard credit for a future sailing. I have tried to upload photos of my reaction on this site that I submitted, but was unable due to size. In these days of customer service playing a big decision for travel I would say Carnival has disappointed me and effected my future choice when cruising.

In spite of dry dock ship seemed to be dated in several areas with a couple of leaks in main area.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room nice size, steward kept clean. Hot water in shower almost unbearable had to be very cautious. I started with an allergic reaction by second day of sailing and progressively got worse as cruise continued. I had to take Benedryl as well as use Benedryl cream to function. I am allergic to mold and dust and this is my speculation. Fans ran several days outside our door on floor which I think stirred up a problem. I have waited to do this review pending correspondence with Carnival which has resulted twice in nice apologies but nothing they can do for reactions.
Ship tip
Beware that even though it's been in dry dock it is still has issues.
This was a destination that was not on our original iteniary. We ended up here due to storm damage. Clean but we did a tour outside of Carnival and had to walk a fair distance to meet our guide due to them not being able to come to port because of it being exclusive to cruise line.
You have one cruise on your profile??? So were is your many cruises? We book with Carnival and always get on board credit so can not believe your review ???? 😞😞😞
