The people they hired were great show the ones we saw but they were very short. Felt like they could have been longer I mean we couldn't really go anywhere. Think stuff was jist too short for my taste.

Your point is? The servers make less than starting wage at McDonald’s gratuity is added and it’s fair if you think the sever deserves a better tip add it in cash the added gratuity is part of their wages

The automatic gratuity is an industry standard. This is done by ALL the cruise lines. It's unfortunate that you were not aware of this prior to sailing and that you had such a terrible time. I see that this was your first cruise...consider giving it another try.

I do this every cruise. I tip in cash and have them remove the auto charges after they have been charged to my sign and sail card. have never had a complaint with Carnival. Been on 3 cruises with them. I think with better research and planning before your cruise you may have been more aware of what to expect. what unsanitary conditions are you referring to?
