Review summary
Starting from booking on . The agent was very helpful since this was our first cruise. From picking out staterooms close together so our children could be near us to helpful hints to help our cruise go smoother, they were great and the agent even went the extra mile to fill out our cruise cash paperwork when I dropped the ball. I am definitely a customer for life.
As for Carnival they make dealing with 4500 guests each week look flawless. From our room steward to our waiter at dinner the food and service was excellent. The ports were amazing and everything was on schedule. Our excursions were on time and very enjoyable. You could participate in as much or as little as you wanted to. My wife and I are already looking into a cruise for next year.
