nightmare at dining

Sail Date: November 12, 2016

We enjoyed all of the ports but were a little disappointed to only a few hours at San Juan. Old town was beautiful and wish we had more time. The evening dining was a nightmare. We had anytime dining but no matter what time or section we were seated it took at least 1.5 hours but mostly 2 hours. Our food was just warm as it remained on the serving area more than 15 minutes. The servers were not focused. So most nights we missed the show. The cabin was very nice and had a great steward.

Cabin / Stateroom
cabin was very nice, very clean and had a great steward
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Disembarkation was a disaster. We were very late 10:15a leaving ship and then took 1.5 hours to go through customs. Embarkation was very unpleasant. Info on what can be brought on board was very misleading. I read info about beverages and nothing about plastic bottles was addressed. The employees were very rude as I had a 6 pack of pepsi in original wrapper and was not permitted to take on board but noticed other passengers had small coolers with plastic bottles.
Ship Quality
The ship needs a face lift. Very dated but very clean.
Destinations and Excursions
the ports were great but need more time at San Juan
