Review summary

We were very disappointed with the ship, staff and the excursions. The ship is old and outdated. Staff was not very attentive. We booked 2 excursions and both were cancelled. Due to noise (loud music) we moved cabins. They put the notifications in the wrong room so by the time we found out it was to late to book other excursion. We have been on several Carnival cruises and always had a great experience. This one was very disappointing.

We had to be moved from our cabin as there was a stage under our room and the speakers were screwed into the ceiling. It sounded like we had the band in our room. The floor also vibrated. The new room was better.

@Mytime.. Your ship experience is what you make it. Conquest is not the best ship but you will have lots of fun.. The ship is not as modern as some others but again you go to have fun and you will have a great experience
