Review summary

My favor part was the animation specially the Diva shows. I'm not sure of making recommendation because it was my first cruise and there was a lot unpleasant experience with some of my family that cruise with me. Additional training should be provided specially to does staff member with poor English to be sure that they will be able to assist guess and not provide or not not the guess questions.

Should have more choices for dining and allow guess to have dinner in all restaurants available regales of additional cost or by reservation.

The entertainment was great, great team work and they were very attended and present with everyone including children. Great work/shows by the Diva Team.👏

Housekeeping services were great including the worker by the name one Jose who was in section C by room#2345. However, guess services most of the time provided confusing informationand other staff had poor communication when asked for specific questions/information due to the language barrier. The drinks that were prepare in each bar were horrible, additional trainingare needed to improve their bartender skills.

Great housekeeping worker "Jose", very pleasant and attentted. The room was always clean, thanks to Jose.

Ship tip

Bring comfortable shoes, be ready to walk because there is a lot walking. If cruisingwith a group grater than 5 bring a radio for each one to avoid waisting time looking for each other special if is first time cruising. Read and carry with you the daily program to keep up with daily activities.
