One hour is not bad. Similar situation on a Princess vessel took three days for them to move me.

There is no management - that is the #1 prob on that boat

Well, nothing to do with this post, but I'm thoroughly confused. I get no header, no room number - just weird punctuation. Is there some non-mobile world of Shipmates I'm not aware of?

stevfrn4    8 years ago

In cabin 8457 tomorrow hope it's not that one!!!

Hey JusMe, I'm mobile and I don't see anything that you are saying should be there. Where is the header? This thread starts with the name of the ship, then their logo or the generic one with their user name. What your saying would be great, please explain. Thanks.

The cabin # is listed in the header of the review  Cabin: 1400 you can click on the cabin # to get details of the cabin type.

Its such A chaos. I have called guest Services 3 times Already now and got the reply "We Still didnt get an update from plumber"... I Dont Think there is a management here.. It sucks

MeeshaMillz    8 years ago

Glad they were able to accommodate you! If they were sold out you would have had to sleep in the lobby!😆😆😆

Well, This is not the best Experience I ever had. It is Why the title is "conquest needs maintanence"... From A service industry point of view, I Dont at all agree that 1 hour is a good benchmark.

So sorry that happened! What room were you in ? We are leaving tomorrow on her!

They couldn't fix the leak? They normally fix the problem. Your lucky they had two rooms and acted that quickly to resolve it.

What room were you in that had the leak

JusMe    8 years ago

Sorry that you had the water leak.  Carnival did what they could for you,  your lucky that the ship was not 100% sold out.   I hope your next cruise goes better for you.

Well you got 2 rooms instead of one. Ship was prob sold out or close to it.
