On ship the people that work where very good.

Sail Date: March 13, 2016

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We where disappointed over all. The food was nothing like previous cruises, the  breakfasts were the same every day not very good. The fine dinning in the dinner meals where not very good, but the service was good but served very slow. Jamaica was a total disappointment, very unorganized. Not what you would expect from a cruise line like Carnival! Not one good thing to say about our experience of Jamaica. .The other ports where okay and more organised. The service on the ship was very good, the worker were great!

Cabin / Stateroom
Booked trip to have balcony divider taken out so our friends and us could visit, but they couldn't because of how the doors where. We booked the trip back in May 2015.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Jamaica was a disaster no way will I ever go back! We got into port 3 hrs late then tried to get off ship people pushing no organisation at all. Then get on a bus to go a very short distance to get off just to get on another bus. Terrible exsperance!!
