Review summary

We where disappointed over all. The food was nothing like previous cruises, the breakfasts were the same every day not very good. The fine dinning in the dinner meals where not very good, but the service was good but served very slow. Jamaica was a total disappointment,very unorganized. Not what you would expect from a cruise line like Carnival! Not one good thing to say about our experience of Jamaica. .The other ports where okay and more organised. The service on the ship was very good, the worker were great!

Booked trip to have balcony divider taken out so our friends and us could visit, but they couldn't because of how the doors where. We booked the trip back in May 2015.

I have been on the Conquest and the food is awful...I totally agree with his review. I enjoyed the ports we had and the weather was great, but the Conquest is old, has a nasty smoke smell, worn out and nasty food. When I go on a cruise I want great food...that is what I like at home. This ship in my opinion is like staying at Motel 6 and not the Westin. Each to their own on that note.

Shawnie1240 on the glory there is a fish and chips top level of buffet. I would imagine same on the conquest.

I've noticed the food can be a bit variable. I didn't like the entertainment venues on the Freedom one bit; but the food seemed some of the best I had on any Carnival ship. Crazzeee!

This is the problem with everyone voicing their opinions. As a friend once told me opinions are like butt holes everyone has one. A cruise is what you make of it! Perhaps people are too busy finding fault to make the most of the vacation. I know we will when we go on our cruise in just under 3 weeks! I can't wait to go back with carnival cruise lines!

Shawnie1230. The fish and chips is like the captain d,s fried fish. It's yummy good. It's on the deck above the buffet on the conquist. There are steps inside the buffet going up to it.

If you can't find something you like to eat, or actually sample something new you've never had, you didn't even try. So many choices besides the buffet. Breakfast in the dinning room, omelet station, brunch, the list goes on. You may as well have stayed at home and had a bowl of corn flakes.

You did not mention Guy's burgers,pizzas, or fish and chips. Were they bad also? You are in another world, if you are going to let food spoil your cruise you need to do something different.
