Review summary
Carnival, claims to have" anytime dining". They chose to give us 8;15 dining but we read we had another option " Anytime dining". They don't tell you, making a reservation is a must. We were not allowed in any dining rooms thru the 8 days so we ate at the buffet every night. On Wednesday they left a note, we can eat at 6PM but the ship was in port from 3PM until 11PM. that day. I guess they figured we would cancel our tour on land to eat at 6PM. We asked to see the Food and Beverage director ( Jose ) 3 times, we sent emails and left 2 messages at the service desk. When I was in an elevator, I saw Jose on the officers name tag. I asked him why he refused to return my messages, he said he never got them. We finally met on the last day of the cruise, he offered us free dining on the last night. Carnival will never see us again. We met 3 other couples who had the same experience
