Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dining room food needs major improvement. The plus side is they to offer alternate dining like the: sushi bar, buffet, pizzeria, steakhouse, etc.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
As stated before, a lot of the entertainment was of low quality, made up of folded chairs and a host with questions on a piece of paper. Comedy shows are much more enjoyable. AVOID karaoke at all costs.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Very cheerful and helpful staff when they are not trying to sell you something. Always willing to help.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Very clean throughout the ship. Easy access to all areas, decor needs updating,

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Size of overall room(s) are good, amenities were few, beds are comfortable, decor needs major updating.

Ports of call

Montego Bay, Jamaica

The horseback ride trail and swim was a good experience. The tour guides there are a bit rude and impatient. Overall I enjoyed riding the horse through the water more than I did the trail, which by the way is shared with ATVs. A good place to visit in town for food and swim is "Margaritaville" located on the bay, and where you can enjoy music and a slide into the water with water trampolines. There's also a beautiful beach down the street where you can sit and relax.

George Town, Grand Cayman

I wish we had more time here. We visited the dolphin cove to interact with dolphins, followed by taking a 30 min boat ride to the stingray bar which was amazing. You are literally STANDING in the middle of the ocean while interacting with stingrays. These are not trapped or trained stingrays that you see at aquariums or amusement parks, they are wild, but are very friendly.

Cozumel, Mexico

Clear Kayak and Snorkel at Chakanaab (that's probably misspelled) was great. We could have passed on the kayaking but the snorkeling here is a MUST! This excursion was located in a national park with, pools, beaches, restaurants, shops, lagoons, and more. There are plenty of things to do here and the food was very tasty.

Pros: prompt customer service throughout the cruise.

Cons: minimal activities available, quality of activities were low.
