Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We loved the food and our dining experiences. The buffets were always great.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Lots of things to do. We were busy at all times.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
The kids loved the camp carnival. The staff was nice, professinal, and always followed safety protocol. One thing we might recommend is that they could have stayed longer. The kids had so much fun, they never wanted to be picked up. It was a lot of picking up and dropping off, which wasted some time that could have been used for other activities.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everywhere you went, staff members were catering to your needs. I don't think I have been around a crew that were as friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I never saw a messy area. Staff were always there to clean and keep the ship in tip top shape.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our room was cleaned so many times a day. It was the right size and comfortable for our needs.

Ports of call

We went on the turtle farm, stingray bay, and hell excursion. Midway through the day we realized we had went with the wrong excursion group. They checked our tickets and loaded us, when in reality we were on the wrong excursion. Anyways, we went to the stingray bay, which was fabulous, and after that the boat guys were dropping us off at Rum Point Beach. I knew from that moment, we were not on the right tour because Rum Point was not a part of our booked excursion. We informed the captain of what had happened, and politely said we would spend the rest of the day on the beach. When the beach portion was over and they were bringing all people back, the captain told us that there would be someone waiting for us at the dock that would take us privately to the Turtle Farm and Hell Tour. We were so appreciative that they would do that for us. They had made a simple mistake but rectified the solution. The Turtle Farm was beautiful and great for animal enthusiasts.
Don't Miss: Turtle Farm and Stingray

Cozumel, Mexico

We did the Playa Mia Beach Break Deluxe excursion. This place was very overcrowded and the food was terrible. This was all-inclusive and the staff was very polite. The kids had fun with the various water activitites. Not our favorite. Cozumel was beautiful and with our next visit, we will just pick something else.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

This was our favorite port. We went to the Seawinds Beach Club for a beach day. The facilities were beautiful. Everything was included. There were so many activities for our kids and it wasn't so crowded.
Don't Miss: Seawinds Beach Club

Pros: Great excursions, wonderful food, clean ship throughout, children loved camp carnival

Cons: small pools
