Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

the ship was very clean, the people that worked there were all excellent except two people. a sandwich maker and a spa attendent. i had a mini spa treatment and head rub and they placed me in the middle of the beauty salon, laying on one of there benches. it was loud and not relaxing in the least little bit. the young man that performed the service was excellent, it was just difficult because the was it was performed. the snottie person that was at the front desk was a lady that i asked why it was going to be done in the spa.

Pros: food

Cons: spa service

two performanced were great the others were okay. the black guy that sang with the girl needed to tone down his voice. when you set down, the bars were in the viewing area unless you were on the bottom floor
