Review summary
The entire staff and overall customer service was outstanding ! The cruise director, Mark Riley, was great. We complained one morning about some "banging" noise above our cabin early one morning, and the situation was immediately corrected. We also received a follow-up phone call and letter apologizing for the inconvenience (very responsive). The shows and the food were great. Our waiter, Ike, and Jean Pierre were wonderful. Our excursions were fantastic. They were very organized, and created new activities and a church service impromptu when we were unable to stop @ Grand Caymna. Also, they managed the deembarkment extremely well by providing the proper information in the meeting. The process of "unloading" the passengers allowed us to get my daughter to the airport in plenty of time for her flight. Overall, we were thrilled w/the entire experience, and would love to go again (especially w/ a $3000 incentive)Ship experiences
