Review summary

Bigger was not better. The ship was built for 6500 passengers only but not for their comfort. Not enough Omelet Stations the lines were long and slow and you had no spinach for classic omelets. Since this ship had 18 floor there is not enough elevators to move passengers .The waits were long and crowded there were many wheelchair and scooter clients that added to the lack of available elevators

We picked a time were school was out so the ship was full of children and teens so the areas were too crowded to partake

The area that was for the shows was very inadequate for such a large capacity of 6500 passengers it was a small sitting area instead of an actual theater. We were not able to see any shows. It was standing room only that one could barely get to the elevators. Whomever designed this show area did not have the passengers in mind. I was very disappointed that I could not see any shows

The ship's décor was very clean. I did not like you had Ironing Rooms, people in there had there whole wardrobe to iron, so it was impossible to make multiple trips. Passengers should have steamers in the Staterooms to press their clothes if needed

The Balcony Stateroom was the best part of the ship. The closet design was roomy and well designed

Do not book this ship when school is out if you will be just a couple or adults sailing

This was horrific & a safety hazard the hallway was so packed like cattle we had to stay on the elevator a long time as the crowd very slowly moved this lasted until we got off the ship. I feared getting stampeded or catching Covid it was so packed .Disembarkation time did not matter that we we were on time!
