Overall, I was not happy with the ship, or Carnival. However, that just means it was not for me and my family. Different personalities connect with different ships. I know many love this ship and Carnival, so if you have enjoyed other Carnival ships, you’ll probably enjoy this one.

It took about 40 minutes from checking in to get on the ship. Had a wait in the waiting area that was very crowded. We had to sit on the floor due to not any seats. With all the modern technology, it would be nice to not have to use boarding passes.

Really enjoyed Guys Burgers, Pig & Anchor, Big Chicken, the Cantina, Teppanyaki and Cucina del Capitano. Unfortunately, I felt the main dining room, Lido Marketplace, and the Deli were sub par. The food just didn’t taste good and seem to be low quality ingredients. Pizza was just ok

Most shows were good. Comedy was excellent and so was Amor Cubano. I do wish they had a greater variety of dancers. Seem like the same dancers were in all the shows. DJ’s were great

My room steward was great. On a whole staff and service was pretty good. There was at times staff that weren’t pleasant. Maybe because they were extra busy. Customer service was very friendly.

Did not care for the layout of the ship. I feel it was not designed to handle 6000 guest. There were always crowds, and you were always waiting. Constantly waiting for food, restrooms and the elevators! Elevators are small and hot. Sometimes it was easier just getting on the first available elevator and riding it all the way up or down to get to the floor you desired

Cabin had adequate storage and bed was comfortable. Loved my balcony
