Review summary

it's too big no place to go and enjoy the shows like on Carnivals other ships, short staffed they make rules but don't enforce them so why make rules, they shut everything down because they are short so not fair to us and the buffet was a joke when you can't even get into eat because you only have 2 small stations open

The MDR was good but the buffets, coffee and tea machines another story they would only have 2 small buffetts open for 6,000 + people then shut down almost all of the tea and coffee machines so you couldn't find or get coffee or tea!! We sailed with my 45 yr old daughter her spouse my 25 yr old grandson and his 22 yr old girlfriend (she has never been on a cruise her first) but we all said the same thing never again on an Excel Class Ship the food the lines the help they needed badly because for a new ship it was dirty and you could tell they needed more help for all them people!!

Trivia was all they knew and you couldn't get into a show there was no place to sit so we gave up even trying to see any shows not sure what they was thinking on that one!!

Don't know could never get into see them you make them center stage with nowhere to sit maybe that was the goal.

Hum. We liked the ship when we went on it last year. I agree with the buffet area, but they had so many other food choices. Sorry you didn't like the ship.
