For a first cruise it was a great experience. Will do it again.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Eventually figured out that the main dining food was basically the buffet food just plated for you and called emerls. For the most part the buffet food was edible but not very good. Breakfast was the best except for the pancakes which wer thin, dry and somtines hard. Cheese should be placed next to the Grits. Salt and pepper shakers hardly ever worked, could not season the food most of the time. Main dining room seated the two of us at a table for eight. Staff didnt know why but told us that was our table. The first 2 nights we were the only ones, but on the third night there were 2 other couples seated at our table. At the time, my wife and I were surprised by this, and did not want a shared table and she got upset and we left and never went back. Also the waiter staff had changed and it felt like we were talking to uncaring strangers, where as the first 2 days the waiter staff was excelent, making it feel like they were doing everything they could to make us happy, like going out of there way to find us straws for our pepsi, learning our names, Checking on us several times and eager to serve us. Two of whom we saw later working at the buffet, both of them greated us by name and one of them got my wife a cup of coffee after she forgot to get it and sat down. They are very nice gentleman, great waiters and if I could remember there names I would recogmend them for outstanding service. Next time I will bring a pen and paper and start writing names down. But they were the waiter staff for table #566 Festivale Resturaunt deck 6, 5:30pm on 1/28/24 and 1/29/24.

Entertainment
5 out of 5
Stand-Up Comics were second to none. Really enjoyed
Love and Marige was good
Family Feud was good
Center Stage Shows were ok. They were just not that exciting, and unless you got there an hour early it was had to find a seat or see depending on what level you were on and people in front of you.
Children's Programs
No children to participate
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
See Food and Drink. I have nothing bad to say about any of the staff I encounterd. Every one allways with a smile, and eager to help. Room Steward Ronaldo, did a great job at keeping up our room doing so with out bothering us when we wanted to sleep in and waiting untill we were gone. He was also very helpfull in answering our questions about things we wernt sure about and my wife just loved the towel animals he made and left on our bed everyday.
Ship Quality

Everything seamed very clean and well maintained. I really dont have enough expiearance with cruises to comment on Ship Layout but it did feel like alot of walking. Then again exercise is good!
Cabin / Stateroom

Overall it was fine. but it could of had a refrigerator and colder air conditioning or maybe a fan. Mirror light could not be turned off from the bed. Need a broader range of TV channels and shows to watch.
Port was good, short walk from ship to city. Many close by local restaurants to eat at. City tour was good and informitive. Tour guide spoke good english. Should have stoped at the Castillo instead of the mall and the cemitary.
Port was good for excursions as you picked up the tour bus soon as you get off the ship. But long walk if you just walk around the city. The Island Port is pretty and mountainous. The tour I went on drove us to the top of a mountain for a great view. But it really was not worth it.
