Review summary

This was definitely the worst casino winnings wise.Nice to have the smoking section yet they catered to the non smoking way more. getting bar service was non existent. This is not your old school Carnival. overall we had a good time probably will stick to the smaller ships.

Bolt was great but the lines for everything were ridiculous. we saw one show in 7 days. people were lining up hour and a half.(I'm not waiting in line that long for anything) carnival should really look to the reservations like Royal IMO. been on 10 carnival 3 royal I'm not loyal, just saying it works

Trivia and the 1 comedy we saw were great. Farai was great

Way understaffed for the amount of passengers but they were all great except for 1 lady in guest services. she didn't care what I was saying at all it was a minor incident wasn't asking for comps just giving suggestions on how to handle the situation better.
