Review of Carnival Celebration: As a seasoned cruiser with Diamond status on Royal Caribbean, my first voyage with Carnival on their Celebration ship was a delightful revelation. Accustomed to Royal's offerings, I embarked with a blend of curiosity and skepticism. My time was somewhat limited due to attending a work conference, restricting my ability to fully explore all the amenities. Despite this, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The gastronomic offerings were a highlight, exceeding my expectations with their variety and quality. Each meal was a journey in itself, showcasing flavors that catered to a diverse palette. Equally impressive was the service; the staff's attentiveness and warmth added a personal touch to the journey, making me feel valued and well-cared for. A standout feature for me was the adults-only area. As someone who values tranquility, this space provided a serene escape from the bustling energy of the ship. This was a stark contrast to my experiences on Royal Caribbean, where the Solarium, intended as a quiet haven, often had children present, diluting the sense of peace. Overall, Carnival Celebration offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. It's a ship that caters well to both the lively and the laid-back, ensuring all aboard have a memorable time. My first Carnival cruise might have been born out of necessity, but it certainly won't be my last.

As a Royal Loyalist this is difficult to say … lol! I’m only speaking to this particular ship when I say that Carnival’s free food options are superior to Royal’s free food options.
