Review summary

It is still what you make of it! We had a great time and met a lot of great people and made a lot of new friends. Some things about the boat could be a bit different but overall it was clean and safe. Enjoyed the big boat experience, even when rocky you don't feel sea sick. Plenty of good food, good drinks and good company!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Easy, would like to say please give directions as to what to do and where to go. We couldnt find anywhere which dock we were going out of in Miami, very confusing. Once we were on the associates were very helpful.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Dining room staff was amazing! Glenn was exceptional. Food was really good and plentiful.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Bolt broke down right when we got up to it. Not enough pools, especially in adult only area, why is one that looks like pool just a sitting area?

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Had a great time in Piano bar, Tatsu was amazing. Bar staff was great, Nadia and Sasha. Once again, need better schedule info. Should have boards with updated info.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cant remember room stewards name, started with Jo, he was great! Mentioned waiters above. Staff at Family Fued were great

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Cleanliness was great, however need more bathrooms in show areas, 2 stalls for women by piano bar, comedy club, and 2 big stages, what were you thinking?

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect

Ship tip

A lot of bathrooms are kind of hidden, ask stewards where they are. Elevators are tight for size ship, stairs are easier if you can handle.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

3 out of 5
This is where we embarked. Traffic is terrible, a lot of construction, allow a lot if extra time.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic

4 out of 5
Has a large pool with lazy river, however, thousands of guests make it way to small and you cant walk out of gated area. Would be a great day to use the spa.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

4 out of 5
Confusing when you get off, nothing well marked, got talked into a bus tour and was glad we did, no way we could have walked to old San Jaun. Hills and more hills. $15 a person.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

4 out of 5
Take the ferry over to St John, much nicer, only not enough time to really enjoy.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
It was easy enough, however something happened so that the guests all bogged up and couldnt get off. Think maybe one of the gangways wouldnt go down as once it opened was quick.
