Good cruise. Crowded ship. Wouldn't cruise on this style of ship again.

Food was nice. Chi Bang service was terrible, very slow, took forever to get our food. Sides brought out after we ate the main part of the meal. Main Dining room a zoo on Elegant night. Had to wait over an hour for a table and when we got our table it was supposed to be for 10 and they put us at a table for 8. Buffets were fine.

Center Stage is a terrible place to have the Circus Show, can't see most of it because of the room design. The Theatre is where it should be shown. Colour my World show was not very good. It had no story line, just singing songs that happen to have a colour in the lyrics.
Service and Staff

Waiters in main dining room were fine but the it took a long time to get our food. Waiters in Chi Bang were extremely overworked and under staffed. We had to get up and get a jug a water ourselves and refill our water glasses cause we were not being attended to at all. The waiter took our food order and we didn't see him again for about 45 minutes. The entire food service area seems understaffed from the kitchen to the tables.
Ship Quality

Ship design terrible regarding Center Stage. Also usually the fun shops are all in the same place, on Celebration they are split up over the ship. This ship felt disjointed and lacked a cohesive flow. It was very clean though.
Cabin / Stateroom

Don't go on this ship if it's close to full capacity...too many people.
I have a cruise scheduled for April on this ship. Hoping to have a good experience. This is the first for us on this class of ship. We love sailing on the Magic and the Breeze. If we don't like it we can always return to those ships.
Appreciate your detailed and informative review. This class of ship seems to be either really enjoyable or not at all liked. Sorry you didn’t care for it, but now you know. Glad you tried to make the best of it.
I felt there were many places to get away. Even in hot tubs. I didn't frequent the normal places much. That ship has many different areas that people didn't explore. Only time I felt crowded was at the comedy shows which is normal. Will be going on it
Thanks for your review. I agree about chibang. Really bad experience for us too there. All of the ships are understaffed. Center theater is gorgeous if you are lucky enough to get a good seat. Hope they change up the jubilee but they probably wont the order is probably set in stone.
