Great ship, trip, and food. We didn't have enough time to see and do everything, and definitely could've had another week!

We never needed to go to the buffet since there were sooooo many choices! Shaq's chicken was a favorite. Main dining room was pretty good. Service in main dining room was hit or miss and they were slow, but we were on vacation so it didn't bother us too much.

Entertainment was great! My only complaint would be the center stage. It was beautiful, but very unorganized for major shows. People saving spots hours before, not enough room for ppl, and if you get a spot to see through then there's people walking around talking since it's in the same area as many other stores etc.

Our room attendant was good. Didn't see him much, but room was cleaned everyday and I got animal towels daily(I told him I liked them)
Main dining room was borderline. I don't know if they were under staffed or not, but they seemed rushed a lot and it took forever to get things.

Balcony cabin was spacious and I spent lots of time on the balcony! The bathroom was smaller, but it was fine
We took an excursion to Maya Chan and it's was great! Beach, snorkeling, unique animals (it's also a rehabilitation/rescue) shopped in mohagany bay but never went over to the beach.
We leave in 30 days can't wait. This will be our first time on this class of ships. My one complaint for this class of ships is no self-serve laundry. I am not platinum yet and there are four people in our group. Some of them work out everyday. I normally cruise on ships that have self-serve since it's so expensive to have the steward do it.
